Cooking tips

You will need to cook (carefully and traditionally prepared by our craft butchers) the cheek long and slowly in an oven for 3- 4 hours covered in liquid (either rich red wine or stock or both).
The cheek will then be so so tender and crumbly
Your gravy will be rich and delicious.
And an aroma to die for!!!!
