Terms for orders placed with Delimart Limited, (Trading as Charles Wilson & James Anderson Butchers), via www.edinburghbutchers.co.uk 

We only deliver to the following postcodes EH1, EH2, EH3, EH4, EH5, EH6, EH7, EH8, EH9, EH10, EH11, EH12, EH13, EH14, EH15, EH16 and EH17. Any orders placed to locations out with these postcodes may be refused.

Payment can be made online using all major credit and debit card via our secure payment processing gateway, and are processed immediately.

We take great pride in the preparation and packaging of our products.

Your order will arrive in perfect condition and must be refrigerated immediately. Should any complaint arise that is found to be an error on our part we shal be more than happy to offer a prompt replacement or refund.

We however cannot accept any liability when the goods have been delivered in accordance with your request but not adequately stored from that point In addition all complaints must be notified to us within four hours of delivery. Please note that orders are always subject to availability and that prices may fluctuate. We shall endeavour to contact you in the event of an availability or pricing problem by telephone or e-mail. The quoted number of persons served by our meat packs are given post cooking and based on our experience, when served with typical accompaniments (e.g. vegetables). Whilst we believe these to be generous and adequate portions they are given soley as a guide. Note: All our meats are fresh and are to be cooked before eating. We attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions. However, the Company does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to rectify this at the time of collection/delivery, even if you have received an automated email confirming your order.
